An entertaining book about a little known and under appreciated insect found in the desert, We see stink bugs when we camp in the desert and generally avoid them so it's fun to read a story that gives them personalities and makes them seem a little more "approachable". This book is written so that children can follow the story and meet a family of stink bugs as they journey to visit family in a sort of stink bug "road trip". I like the light-hearted tone of the book and the fun characters, especially the unpredictable dad. The next time I see a stink bug I'll have an idea about where it's going. - Dave Beaumont
